2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content on this Site — including branding, logos, product design, images, text, and creative assets — is owned by or licensed to SheBare.

You may not:

without written permission.

3. DESIGN PROTECTION 

The SheBare G-string design, including its signature V-back structure, is protected under a Registered Design in Australia and the European Union.

International design protection is currently pending in additional regions.

Any unauthorised copying, imitation, or reproduction of this design may result in legal action.

The design is legally protected.

4. PRODUCTS 

Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences. 

Products must be worn and cared for in accordance with provided instructions. 

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or incorrect washing.

5. ORDERS 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear purchases are final sale unless faulty upon arrival.
