Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, all purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • General wear and tear

Please ensure you carefully review sizing before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (if applicable)

Refunds (if approved)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
