Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is faulty.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully when selecting your size and colour. If you need help, please reach out before purchasing — we’re always happy to assist 🤍

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the fault

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Pre-Orders

All SheBare pieces are currently sold as part of a limited pre-order drop.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge:

  • Your order will be shipped within the stated timeframe
  • Delays may occasionally occur (we will always keep you updated)

Pre-order purchases are final sale unless faulty.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank
